So sloanesomething and I have decided to start up a little project, an SVU AU season 7. The AU is that Elliot and Olivia slept together between s6 and s7. The rest is all canon, except when canon is mind-bogglingly bad (*cough*Demons*cough*), and then we reserve the right to rewrite it. We are writing fic for each episode - she did the first three (here) because, uh, mostly because I'm lazy. And here is the one for episode 4, which aired last Tuesday. I just took some dumb Internet quiz, and it says that I am 92% hipster. NINETY-TWO PERCENT. ("You walk the fine line between hot and ridiculous.") So, 1) clearly this quiz is deeply, deeply flawed, because I AM NOT, and 2) if you'll excuse me, I have to go loathe myself for awhile.

Also, I have written another SVU AU for the game, and this may be the most ridiculous thing I will ever post in my journal. At least until the next AU, which I hear is Olivia Benson as a skateboarder. Which, let's face it, there's no way to pull off. Hermione, maybe. Benson? NO. But I will do it or die trying.

So this week sloanesomething and I have been playing a little game on AIM that we like to call the SVU AU game. It is basically the best game in the universe, and goes like this: one of us gives an AU, the other one writes it. AUs can range from the outlandish to the subtle.

So anyway, I wrote this as a response to one of her AU prompts, in under an hour. So it's not exactly a heartbreaking work of staggering genius, but I desperately want more fic in this fandom and it seems like the way to get that is to post a lot of fic. So I post. Also, swmbo told me to.
